Masako was born and raised in Takasago, Hyogo, Japan. She is the middle child of 3 girls in her family and her parents and siblings reside in Japan. She came to the U.S. to go to school and earned a B.A. degree in Business Administration and minored in Spanish from Lewis-Clark State College. Her first job out of college was as a Travel Claims Adjuster, but she decided to move onto the sales field because she enjoys interacting with people. Masako has been an insurance agent since 2001 and continues to work hard for her clients to help them save money and maintains their trust through her responsive, kind, and caring service and her knowledge of the insurance industry.
